Employ-ability Issues Uncovered in Training
- When you are hired, you do not get to choose whom you work next to, and you do not get to choose your supervisors and managers.
- You will be required to be mature enough and professional enough to get along with all of the other employees.
- You will have to learn to be respectful of others, even when you feel you are being disrespected.
- If you get in arguments, you and the other employee will eventually get fired.
- The choice you will have is to remain employed and accomplish your goals or be immature and without a job.
